Full warranty protection for 24 months from the date of repair completion. One of the longest warranties in the industry.
Free Re-Repair
If the same issue reoccurs within the warranty period, we'll repair it again at no additional cost to you.

Warranty repairs include free return shipping. We cover the cost to get your equipment back to you.

How to Make a Warranty Claim
Contact Us
Call or email us with your original repair order number and description of the issue.
Get RMA Number
We'll provide a Return Merchandise Authorization number and prepaid shipping label.
Ship Equipment
Pack and ship the unit using the provided label. We recommend the original packaging.
Free Repair
We evaluate and repair the issue at no charge, then return your equipment promptly.
Warranty Terms & Conditions
Our 2-year warranty begins on the date of shipment from our facility after repair completion. The warranty covers the specific repair work performed and any components replaced during that repair.
To maintain warranty coverage, the repaired equipment must be operated within manufacturer specifications and in appropriate environmental conditions. Any modifications, tampering, or repairs performed by unauthorized parties will void the warranty.
Warranty claims must be submitted within the 2-year warranty period. Please retain your repair invoice as proof of service date. For warranty service, contact us with your original order number for fastest processing.
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original customer who received the repair service from Flexa Systems.
