Shipping Policy
Flexa Systems ships industrial electronics across the entire United States. Because every order is different — from a single VFD repair to a pallet of refurbished PLCs — we work with each customer individually to find the best shipping solution for their specific needs.
1. Customized Shipping Quotes
Shipping rates are negotiated on a per-order basis. Factors that affect your shipping cost include:
- Package weight and dimensions
- Destination address (commercial vs. residential)
- Service level selected (standard, expedited, or rush)
- Order value and volume
After you place your order, our team will contact you with a shipping quote tailored to your situation. We work with multiple carriers to ensure you get the best combination of speed and cost.
2. Shipping Methods
We ship via trusted carriers including UPS, FedEx, and freight services for larger equipment. Available service levels:
- Standard Shipping: typically 3 business days
- Same-Day & Overnight Shipping: available on specific in-stock products — please contact us for details and availability

3. Free Shipping on Select Orders
Free shipping may be available for qualifying orders. Contact our team to discuss options — we're always willing to work with you, especially on larger or recurring orders.
4. Processing Time
- Refurbished & Brand New products: Ships within 1–2 business days
- Repair Services: Ships after repair is complete, typically 5–7 business days from when we receive your unit
- Rush Repairs: Completed and shipped within 24–48 hours
5. Shipping for Repair Services
When you purchase a Repair Service:
- Ship your unit to our facility in Texas
- We perform free diagnostics upon arrival
- Once repaired, we ship it back to you
- Return shipping costs are discussed and agreed upon before we begin the repair
For warranty re-repairs (within the 2-year warranty period), Flexa Systems covers all shipping costs.
6. Order Tracking
Every shipment includes a tracking number. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. You can also contact us at any time for a status update.
7. Packaging & Handling
All industrial electronics are carefully packaged with anti-static materials and protective padding to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Sensitive components are individually wrapped and secured for transit.
8. Shipping Damage
If your order arrives damaged:
- Take photos of the damage and packaging immediately
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- We will file a carrier claim and arrange a replacement or refund
9. International Shipping
At this time, Flexa Systems ships within the United States only. If you are located outside the US and need our services, please contact us — we may be able to accommodate your request on a case-by-case basis.
