At Flexa Systems, we stand behind the quality of every product and repair service we deliver. This Return Policy outlines the terms under which you may return or exchange items purchased from our online store.

1. Warranty Coverage

All products sold by Flexa Systems — whether repaired, refurbished, or brand new — come with a 24-month (2-year) warranty. This warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials under normal operating conditions.

2. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item meets all of the following conditions:

  • The item is in its original condition, undamaged, and free of physical abuse or modifications
  • All original packaging, accessories, and documentation are included
  • You have your order confirmation or receipt

Items not eligible for return:

  • Custom repair services performed on customer-supplied equipment
  • Products that have been installed, modified, or show signs of electrical damage after delivery
  • Items returned after the 30-day return window

3. Repair Service Returns

If you purchased a Repair Service and sent us your unit for repair:

  • If the repaired unit fails within the 2-year warranty period, we will re-repair or replace it at no additional cost
  • If we determine the unit is unrepairable, we will notify you and offer a refurbished replacement or a full refund
  • Shipping costs for warranty re-repairs are covered by Flexa Systems

4. Refurbished & Brand New Product Returns

Refurbished and brand new products may be returned within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

5. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our team:

Please include your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return. Our team will respond within 1 business day with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.

Do not ship items back without an RMA number. Returns sent without authorization may be refused.

6. Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

7. Exchanges

If you need a different model or variant, contact us to arrange an exchange. We will ship the replacement as soon as the original item is received and inspected. If there is a price difference, we will charge or refund the difference accordingly.

8. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos of the damage and the packaging
  • We will arrange a prepaid return label and ship a replacement or issue a full refund at your choice

9. Shipping for Returns

  • Defective/error returns: Flexa Systems covers return shipping
  • Change-of-mind returns: Buyer pays return shipping
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method — Flexa Systems is not responsible for items lost in transit during return
