Our repair process has 4 steps:
- Ship your unit — Send your faulty equipment to our facility in Lewisville, TX.
- Free evaluation — Our technicians perform a full diagnostic within 24-48 hours of receiving the unit.
- Repair quote — We send you a detailed quote before any work begins. No surprise charges.
- Repair & return — Upon your approval, we repair, fully test, and ship your unit back.
How long does a repair take?
Standard repair turnaround is 5–30 business days, depending on parts availability and the complexity of the fault. If you need your equipment back faster, we offer a Rush Service with 24–72 hour turnaround for an additional fee. Rush availability depends on current workload — contact us to confirm.
Is the initial evaluation really free?
Yes. The diagnostic evaluation is free and no-obligation. If you decide not to proceed with the repair after receiving the quote, we will return your unit. You only pay for return shipping in that case.
What types of equipment do you repair?
We repair a wide range of industrial automation equipment, including:

What brands do you repair?
We service all major industrial automation brands, including Allen Bradley (Rockwell Automation), Siemens, ABB, Yaskawa, Mitsubishi, Fanuc, Lenze, KEB, Parker, Schneider Electric, Danfoss, Bosch Rexroth, and many others. If your brand is not listed, contact us — we likely still repair it.
What warranty do you offer on repairs?
All repairs are backed by our 2-year warranty. If the same fault recurs within 2 years of the repair date, we will re-repair the unit at no charge. You only pay to ship the unit back to us.
Does the warranty cover refurbished and brand new units?
Refurbished units come with a 2-year warranty. If the unit fails within 30 days of delivery, we will replace it or issue a full refund. After 30 days and within 2 years, warranty repair applies.
Brand new units carry the manufacturer's warranty. Additionally, we offer a 30-day return window for unused, unopened items.
What is NOT covered by the warranty?
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
- Improper installation or wiring
- Electrical surges or lightning strikes
- Misuse or operation outside rated specifications
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs by third parties
- Physical damage after delivery
How much does a repair cost?
Repair costs vary by equipment type, brand, and fault complexity. As a general guide, repairs typically cost 30–60% of the price of a new replacement. You will receive a firm quote before any work begins — no surprises. The evaluation is always free.

When do I pay?
For repair services, payment is due after the repair is complete and before the unit is shipped back. We will send you an invoice when your equipment is ready.
For parts purchases (refurbished or brand new), payment is collected at checkout when you place the order.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), ACH bank transfer, and wire transfer for larger orders. For purchase orders (PO), contact us to set up a business account.
How do I ship my unit to you?
Pack your unit securely and ship it to our facility in Lewisville, TX. We recommend using UPS or FedEx with a trackable service and insurance for valuable equipment. Include a note with your contact information and a brief description of the fault.

Is return shipping included in the repair price?
Yes. Return shipping via UPS Ground is included in the repair price for all completed repairs. If you need expedited return shipping (2-Day or Next Day Air), we can arrange it for an additional charge.
Do you ship nationally?
Yes. We provide repair services and ship parts to all 50 U.S. states. International shipping for parts orders is available on a case-by-case basis — contact us for a quote.
What is the difference between Refurbished and Brand New?
Brand New — Factory-sealed unit, never used, with full manufacturer specifications and original packaging.
Refurbished — A used unit that has been professionally inspected, repaired where needed, thoroughly tested, and certified to meet original OEM specifications. Refurbished units are a cost-effective alternative, typically 40–60% cheaper than new, and come with the same 2-year warranty.
Are refurbished units reliable?
Yes. Every refurbished unit goes through a multi-step process: full disassembly, component inspection, replacement of worn or suspect parts, reassembly, and thorough functional testing under load. Units that do not pass our tests are not sold. The 2-year warranty backs this commitment.
Can I request a specific part that is not listed on the website?
Absolutely. Our website lists our current in-stock inventory, but we can source many additional parts. Contact us with the part number and manufacturer and we will check availability and provide a quote.
