Do you need the whole machine to repair a module?
No — you only need to remove and ship the electronics module or control board. We do not need access to the machine itself. Most boards can be removed in minutes with standard tools, and we provide guidance if needed.
Can you repair floor scrubber control boards?
Yes. We repair drive control boards, battery management boards, and solution control boards for Tennant, Nilfisk, Clarke, and Factory Cat floor scrubbers. Send us the board for a free diagnostic evaluation.
What construction equipment electronics do you repair?
We repair ECUs, control modules, display boards, joystick controllers, and pump control boards for CAT, Komatsu, John Deere, Volvo CE, Doosan, and Liebherr equipment. If your model is not listed, contact us — we evaluate all boards.
What about calibration after repair?
Our repair restores the board to factory operating specifications. For modules requiring machine-specific calibration (such as certain ECUs), we will note this in your repair report. Calibration is typically performed by the machine operator or a dealer once the board is reinstalled.
