Common Problems We See

  • DC bus / capacitor failures (swollen or vented electrolytics, high ripple, shorted bus).
  • IGBT module damage from overheating, fan failure, or dust buildup restricting airflow.
  • Pre-charge / relay issues causing inrush errors, tripping, or no-start conditions.
  • Control board & I/O faults — corrupt firmware, failed gate drivers, damaged comms ports.
  • Ground & wiring problems — insulation breakdown → intermittent faults.

Our Repair Approach

  1. Intake & Inspection: visual checks, imagery, initial measurements, and ESD-safe teardown.
  2. Diagnostics: gate-drive analysis, bus ripple & ESR checks, thermal scanning, comms verification.
  3. Component-Level Repair: replace failed semiconductors, capacitors, relays;
  4. Functional & Load Testing: verify protections, current draw, ramps, braking, and I/O;
  5. Documentation & Return: report with findings, photos, recommendations, and packing for shipment.
