    Fix: Same as above—cooling & load audit; we replace failed fans/IGBTs and test.
  • SW OverCurrent: 1 ms current exceeded its rating (above cont., below HW limit).
    Fix: Reduce load/boost/brake volts; we capture waveforms and reset to safe values.
  • HW OverCurrent: Output current exceeded hardware limit.
    Fix: Check programming & load; we review boost/DC brake settings and load profile.
  • Encoder Loss: One encoder channel missing (requires differential).
    Fix: Verify wiring, rotation, pulse rate; we replace encoder/cable and re-align.
  • UnderVoltage: DC bus dropped below the minimum threshold.
    Fix: Check incoming AC for sags/interruption; we test input and DC bus health and stabilize with line conditioning if needed.
