  • Equipment Repairs:
    We provide a 2-year limited warranty on all industrial equipment repairs performed by our technicians. This warranty demonstrates our commitment to the quality of our workmanship. If a repaired item fails due to a covered defect, we will re-repair it free of charge.
  • New Equipment Sales:
    New equipment carries the original manufacturer's warranty. We will gladly facilitate warranty processes with the manufacturer on your behalf.
  • Refurbished Equipment Sales:
    Refurbished equipment comes with a 2-year limited warranty from Flexa Systems LLC, covering defects in materials and workmanship related to our refurbishment process.
Warranty Exclusions (Applies to both repair and refurbished equipment warranties)
This warranty does not cover:
  • New damage caused by liquid, dust, or object contamination
  • New damage caused by mechanical impact, improper installation, incorrect accessories, voltage or current issues, overloading, or overheating.
  • Severe scratches on the unit
  • Broken display (if applicable)
  • Impact or dropping of the unit
  • Removal or deterioration of the warranty sticker
  • Opening the product's cover (if applicable)
